RSC Micro Data Center for Edge Computing is an entry-level all-in-one data center with complete functionality (including cooling and power infrastructure) in 24U-42U cabinet. It targets Edge Computing segment and has all advanced features of full-fledged data centers in addition to autonomous operation, ease of configuration, mobility and fast commissioning. The solution includes all subsystems needed for a modern data center, including powerful composable software-defined servers and storage systems, communication networks, power subsystems, cooling and fire protection systems. All subsystems are fully integrated and can be managed with vertically integrated RSC BasIS software.
Scope of usage of RSC Micro Data Center: organizations that need territorially distributed IT resources or plan to create/upgrade their own distributed data centers with harsh restrictions of time frame, space, cooling and power budget. With RSC Micro Data Center solution, you can quickly deploy a network of fully functional data centers within shortest time frame. These data centers can be integrated with organization's main data center without any capital construction expenses.
Workloads: corporate and private cloud services, remote desktops (VDI), internet / telecommunication services (ISP) and others with flexible configuration and expansion.
